It also offers high speed internet, a large smart LED TV with Netflix, Amazon prime and HBO and full air conditioning (plus heating for the winter). The villa has it own private heated pool and is one of the few villas on the market that offers this luxury. The pool is fitted with a heat pump that raises the water temperature between 3 and 5 degrees more than it would normally be at that time of the year. Please note that the pool water can be quite cold in the months December, January and February as night time temperature can be very low. The house is a 5 minute drive from the lovely village of Alhaurin de la Torre which has everything you'll need from supermarkets, banks and pharmacies to some great tapas bars and restaurants. It is perfectly located with the beach only a 20 minute drive away, Lauro Golf 5 minutes and a 40 minutes drive to Marbella.
